    Description

    This very rare and desirable lot is an horse drawn  streetcar token from Braunschweig Germany circa 1879.
    Cataloged as Germany 150-A in Smith's 1990 catalog, the token is 22mm struck in COPPER.  Die work on the obverse shows the city crest and reverse shows a horse drawn tram. This piece will be a great addition to anyone's Germany or transit collection.
